You set a great example for others, working tirelessly to keep your department going. Your willingness to take on tasks, regardless of experience, and hitting it head on shows a great attitude. There is always a risk about bringing on a family member, as their actions can reflect back poorly. Your dedication and exemplary performance made me proud to be related to you.

Not only do you complete excellent quality work, but we have seen you help your coworkers as well. You come in early, stay late and even use your lunch break to help pitch in to meet deadlines. Furthermore, you do this all with a fantastic attitude and willing disposition.
